All orders within the United Arab Emirates are processed within 24 – 48 business hours after order confirmation.

Delivery is handled through trusted local courier services.

Estimated delivery time:

UAE: 1 – 3 business days.

For customers in Saudi Arabia, our products are available exclusively through our store on Noon.com.

We currently do not offer direct shipping to other GCC countries.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the delivery location and order value.

Free shipping promotions may apply for orders above a certain value (as announced on the website).

3. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes, incense, body sprays, and personal items), opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

1. The product arrives damaged or defective.

2. An incorrect product was delivered.

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting us via email or WhatsApp and providing photos of the product.

4. Refunds

If your return request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 – 14 business days.

In the case of an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped to you free of charge.
